WELCOME TO THE PLUNGE MARINE WAFFLE !

We’re so delighted to present our new piece, the PLUNGE swimsuit marine waffle. A story of trust, beauty and perseverance. This piece is the essence of what kaio swim stands for and we paid attention to every detail, so that it is delivering all our promises.

For this one, we got back to the basics and reworked the cut and pattern of the PLUNGE with Andrea, our trusted pattern maker, to make it even better than it was. For instance, the straps fit better to the breast and the leg line offers more elasticity.
So happy we got this!!

As any new collection since 2023, it was produced in Switzerland at our production partner in Ticino. It is a female-led business with a multi-talented team who took the challenge to deliver even higher quality than we were used to.

And the waffle ?

No, it’s not edible, but it’s the same delight! The waffle effect reminds us of the surface of the ocean when it is calm and sunny, transporting us to dream places… With this new fabric, we wanted to bring more lightness to our collection. It’s so wonderfully soft and at the same time offers support and coverage. The feeling in the water is a totally new experience. And of course, it’s made with ECONYL® regenerated nylon fiber and elastane, respecting the line we’ve set ourselves since the beginning.

Cherry on top, the photoshooting took place at the wonderful Hotel Le Crans in Cran Montana ! The stars were united on the shooting day as the sun graced us of its presence. And Jarina and Inga braved the cold to deliver an amazing job. We’re thankful for the good vibes, the trust and the atmosphere that accompanied the whole process. A special thanks to our agent formidable, Réjane, for connecting everyone and to the team of Le Crans for their warm welcome and support.
